Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, a checkout-free experience, is up and running at a concessions store at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

The store, operated by Star Concessions Ltd. and called Grab & Fly, allows travelers to buy needed products without having to check out. Snacks, accessories, electronics, drinks and souvenirs are available in the store, according to a press release.

To enter Grab & Fly, travelers insert a credit card at the entry gate. Once inside, anything a traveler takes off the shelf is automatically added to their virtual cart, and anything they put back on the shelf comes out of their virtual cart. Once travelers finish shopping and have left the store, the credit card is charged for the items. Associates are available in store to assist customers, answer questions and restock shelves as needed.

“We are very excited to bring this checkout-free store to DFW, one of the busiest airports in the world, so travelers can get what they need and skip the checkout line,” Gilbert Aranza, president of Star Concessions, said in the release. “We selected Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology because of the fast and frictionless experience it enables, and we look forward to hearing how busy travelers like the experience.”

Grab & Fly is open at Terminal D South, with daily operating hours from 6 a.m. to the last flight out.

Headquartered in Dallas, TX, Star Concessions operates over 45 food, beverage and retail establishments in DFW International Airport, Dallas Love Field and Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport, including Whataburger, Chili’s, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Dallas Cowboys Club, Cantina Laredo and other national and local brands.
