ToolsGroup has acquired Onera to expand the retail platform’s capabilities from planning to execution by adding Onera’s inventory availability and fulfillment to its retail planning suite.
The supply chain planning and optimization software provider said the combined offering will give retailers crucial visibility into inventory as well as the ability to optimize planning and fulfillment, according to a press release.
“Amid today’s demand and supply crises, retailers need flexible and resilient supply chains to keep customer satisfaction high and minimize costs,” ToolsGroup CEO Inna Kuznetsova said in the release. “Onera is an excellent complement to ToolsGroup’s strong retail and supply chain planning capabilities, and we are delighted to welcome this innovative team as part of our company.”
