Jazeera Airlines will use MoEngage’s customer 360-degree view to identify customers’ right interest areas and affinities
Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s leading low-cost airline, has partnered with MoEngage, a customer engagement platform, to segment customers and engage them through the right channels.
Founded in 2004, Jazeera Airways currently serves various demographics in 55+ airports across the Middle East, Central & South Asia, North Africa, and Europe. The airline will utilise the AI-enabled capabilities of MoEngage to enhance its customer communications strategy and provide a consistent experience across destinations.
“As a fast-growing low-cost airline, one of the challenges we face is engaging with customers through the right channels at the right time. Serving different demographics, we have to also keep our engagement more personalised at an individual level. A customer engagement platform like MoEngage can greatly assist us in these two areas,” said Andrew Ward, VP of Marketing & Customer Experience at Jazeera Airways.
Jazeera Airlines will also use the customer 360-degree view offered by MoEngage to identify the right interest areas and affinities of the customers. In addition to identifying the interest areas, the brand will leverage these insights to create micro-segments and engage with them with the right messaging strategy.
“We are excited to partner with one of the region’s leading airline brands. At MoEngage, we completely resonate with the mission of Jazeera Airways, i.e. providing best-in-class services, and are happy to assist them in the next phase of their growth journey,” said Sweta Duseja, Director of Customer Success at MoEngage.
Jazeera Airways joins a growing list of 1200+ global companies across 35 countries that trust MoEngage to deliver a consistent experience across multiple devices and touchpoints. These include Azadea Group, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Landmark Group, Apparel Group, Airtel, Holiday Factory, Almosafer, GMG, Mashreq Bank, Alamar Foods, and many more.
