Arrow Partners With Talkdesk For CX

Arrow has partnered with Talkdesk to provide contact center solutions for businesses looking to develop their customer experience (CX) offerings.

The union means Arrow’s customers will have access to Talkdesk’s full suite of cloud contact center solutions, including the flagship Talkdesk CX Cloud platform.

“Talkdesk will be a great addition to the company’s current offering. We further are delighted to be working with Talkdesk and believe that Talkdesk CX Cloud is the perfect addition to our high-end Enterprise and Public Sector Contact Center offerings,” said Richard Burke, CEO, of Arrow Business Communications.

Last year, Arrow made several acquisitions to bolster its offering to customers, and this latest partnership will further add to that.

Stew Hale, Regional Vice President, Resellers and Channel, Talkdesk, believes that Talkdesk will allow Arrow to transform businesses to hit their CX goals. Talkdesk has previously launched a CC-based business phone system designed to unite a business’ collaboration and customer experience platforms.

The company has also introduced the industry’s first human-in-the-loop technology for contact centers.
