WeCommerce Holdings Ltd., a provider of eCommerce enablement software and tools for merchants, announced that it signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Kno Technologies Inc., an eCommerce survey and insights platform provider that enables merchants to capture and act on zero-party data collected directly from customers.
